3. Subscriptions and Services
   By subscribing to our services, including virtual one-on-one training sessions and custom training solutions, you agree to receive email and SMS communications from Aspire Training LLC regarding session scheduling, updates, and promotions. Subscriptions are billed based on the plan selected:

• 1 Session/Month – $49 per employee

• 2 Sessions/Month – $89 per employee

• 4 Sessions/Month – $159 per employee

 

Custom solutions may be priced separately based on organizational needs. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

1. User Conduct
   Users are expected to engage with Aspire Training LLC in a professional and lawful manner. Any attempt to disrupt services, misuse content, or interfere with training processes will result in immediate termination of services.

2. Intellectual Property
   All training materials, developmental profiles, content, logos, and other materials on this site are the intellectual property of Aspire Training LLC. The Aspire Training Cycle and Developmental Profiles are proprietary frameworks, and unauthorized use or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability
   Aspire Training LLC provides training solutions designed to improve professional development, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

4. Changes to Terms
   Aspire Training LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in services, pricing, or operational processes. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively through the courts of Oklahoma.

6. No Sharing of Personal Information
   Aspire Training LLC values your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Personal data is used solely to improve services, manage client relationships, and provide tailored training experiences.

7. Training Cycle and Developmental Profiles
   All Aspire Training LLC clients benefit from our structured Aspire Training Cycle, which includes:

Developmental Profiles will assess communication styles, learning preferences, strengths, and appreciation languages to deliver customized training experiences.
